Once upon a time I wanted to lose weight. I worked my butt off to get there. I just wanted to feel good about myself in my body, but working out for hours at a time, killing myself in the gym & running on the boredmill didn't make me feel good. When I got outside & used different environments to move my body I didn't feel like I was working out. I started having fun. That's why I created the LVA challenges; I want you to have fun with movement too. I pretty much guarantee you'll have a good time. If you don't it's only 2 weeks of your life. Dedicated to your health. You never have to come back. But everyone does (just sayin').
