I've been where you are.
Once upon a time I wanted to lose weight. And I did everything to get there, from stopping eating practically everything (also known as going on a diet), to throwing in the towel and trying to escape the pain by eating even more while drowning myself in a pint of Ben & Jerry’s and reruns of The Real Housewives of Orange County, to overexercising until my tendons and muscles popped.
None of it worked. And then I found the ultimate path to success; learning to love myself, stop berating myself when I got sidetracked, becoming aware of my thoughts, and mindful of my day to day actions. I'm here to take the trip with you, teaching the practical, emotional, and spiritual applications I've learned that will guide you to loving yourself and your body.
